How to make it

  • Chop the celery and carrots into bite-sized pieces
  • Grate the ginger
  • Dump all ingredients into bowl and stir!

  • If desired, place the salad into the fridge for about an hour to let the flavors meld.
  • For extra umph, try adding grapes cut in half and/or diced apples.
