Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans chunk light tuna in water drained
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 box frozen petite peas
  • 8 oz sliced crimini mushrooms
  • 1 standard bag of wide egg noodles cooked
  • 1 1/2 c plain potato chips crushed
  • 1 c shredder cheddar cheese
  • 2 T Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Lightly butter a large casserole dish.
  3. Put the frozen peas in the colander you are going to drain the noodles in.
  4. Start a pot of water.
  5. Cook the Crimini mushrooms in a little olive oil over medium heat until they wilt.
  6. Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain over the peas.
  7. Mix together the soups, sour cream, mushrooms, noodles and peas. Put into casserole.
  8. Mix the potato chips and cheddar, apply liberally to the top of the casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly.
