  • 8 SLICES WHITE BREAD
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 TSPN PREPARED MUSTARD
  • SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 7 OZ. GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1.1/2 OZ BUTTER
  • 8 THIN SLICES HAM
  • SPIGS OF FRESH PARSLEY TO GARNISH
  • YOU CAN TURN THIS INTO A MORE NUTRITIOUS MEAL BY USING WHOLEMEAL BREAD

Directions
  1. TOAST 4 SLICES OF BREAD ON 1 SIDE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. BEAT EGGS WITH MUSTARD AND SEASONING AND STIR IN CHEESE
  3. BUTTER UNTOASED BREAD SLICES, TOP WITH HAM AND PUT UNDER GRILL TO HEAT THROUGH.
  4. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM
  5. PUT FIRST 4 SLICES ON GRILL RACK UNTOASTED SIDES UP
  6. BUTTER AND TOP WITH HAM, THEN CHEESE MIXTURE
  7. TOAST UNTIL BUBBLING
  8. MAKE SAMDWICHE USING HAM TOPPED SLICES FOR LIDS.
  9. TOAST UNTIL TOPS ARE GOLDEN.
  10. GARNISH WITH PARSLEY
  11. SERVE HOT.
  12. THIS IS GOOD SERVED WITH A CRISP GREEN SALAD DRESSED WITH LEMON AND VINAIGRETTE

Love grilled ham and cheese but never tried it with mustard. i dont know why, i wouldnt eat a cold ham and cheese without it.
