How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cream margarine and sugars till light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients.
  • Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  • Stir just until moistened and stir in chocolate chips.
  • Fill each muffin liner with about a fourth of batter.
  • Spoon 1 tbls of marshmallow cream on top.
  • Top with remaining batter.
  • Bake 14-16 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  • Serve warm.
