I Want Smore Muffins

I got these out of my Taste of Home magazine and they sound so good!
Ingredients
- 6 tbls margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 8 tsp sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 6 tbls milk shopping list
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup marshmallow cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cream margarine and sugars till light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Stir in sour cream.
- In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients.
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Stir just until moistened and stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin liner with about a fourth of batter.
- Spoon 1 tbls of marshmallow cream on top.
- Top with remaining batter.
- Bake 14-16 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Serve warm.
