Fish Tandoori Recipe
This Indian dish has such an aromatic rich flavor. It isn't particularly hot so those of you who love Indian dishes but prefer the less hot dishes this is a perfect recipe for you.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound red snapper or white fish, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 ounces plain yogurt
  • 2 T Wok Oil or other cooking oil
  • 2 T paprika
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 1 T ground fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt

Directions
  1. Wash the red snapper or other fish and gently pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces and then set aside.
  3. Mix together the paprika, cumin, fennel seeds, chili powder and a pinch of salt.
  4. Coat the fish with the dry ingredients.
  5. Place the fish into a wok with 2 T of the Wok Oil and stir-fry for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Add the yogurt and continue to stir-fry the fish pieces for about 3 more minutes.
  7. Serve over steamed rice or bulghur wheat.
  8. Serve immediately.
