Ingredients
  • 1 4lb rabbit
  • 1 ½ Cup Burgundy wine
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Cut rabbit into small serving pieces
  2. Place in bowl and pour wine over the top
  3. Allow to marinate for 6 hours
  4. Heat oil in large saucepan
  5. Add onion, garlic, and brown for 3 minutes
  6. Add rabbit, tomato, and spices
  7. Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes
  8. Gradually add the wine used for marinating
  9. Add rosemary
  10. Cook for 20 minutes or until rabbit is tender

Works for me, cept I can't eat Thumper. Chickens are ugly and stupid.


Get rid of the fur and Thumper looks a lot like chicken or use chicken.
