How to make it

  • Cut rabbit into small serving pieces
  • Place in bowl and pour wine over the top
  • Allow to marinate for 6 hours
  • Heat oil in large saucepan
  • Add onion, garlic, and brown for 3 minutes
  • Add rabbit, tomato, and spices
  • Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes
  • Gradually add the wine used for marinating
  • Add rosemary
  • Cook for 20 minutes or until rabbit is tender

    Get rid of the fur and Thumper looks a lot like chicken or use chicken.
