Banana Caramel Cream Pie

- CRUST shopping list
- 1c brown sugar shopping list
- 1c self rising flour shopping list
- 1c coconut shopping list
- 125g melted butter shopping list
- caramel shopping list
- 1 tin of condensed milk shopping list
- 30g butter shopping list
- 2T brown sugar shopping list
- 1or2 banana's (depending on size and your quantity preference) shopping list
- sweetened whipped cream shopping list
- shaved chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- CRUST
- Mix together brown sugar, flour, coconut and melted butter. Press into a 9'' pie plate. Bake at 350F until golden. Cool
- CARAMEL
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a thick bottomed saucepan, add condensed milk. Bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened and dark in color. ( this step can be done in the microwave, stir often so as not to burn)
- Pour into bottom of prepared pie shell. Cool slightly. Slice banana's evenly over caramel. Cool completely. Top with sweetened cream and shaved chocolate.
