Rose Gernanium Cake

I make this for ladies luncheons. A unusual cake with pleasing and interesting flavor. Be sure to use the scented rose geranium leaves!
Ingredients
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 3 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 cup evaporated canned milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped rose geranium leaves shopping list
- 1 tsp rose water ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the first 3 ingredients well.
- Combine flour and baking powder and add alternately with the milk.
- Blend in the chopped rose geranium leaves.
- Pour mixture in a tube pan.
- Bake 60 minutes or tested done.
- Dust with powder sugar or a powder sugar thin glaze
- Note: rose geranium is a small aromatic leaf and not like the regular
- geranium flower leaves.!
