Ingredients

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

3 chopped green onion

1 can crab meat

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tsp. lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients. Cut top off loaf like you would a pumpkin and pull out all of the bread from the inside of the loaf, being careful not to pull a hole in the crust. Set bread aside.

Pour dip into loaf and return lid. Wrap in tinfoil and bake at 300 F for 2 hours.

Pull remaining bread into individual pieces for dipping and serve with loaf. There won't be enough bread so you should also serve some crackers or bread sticks (or both).
