Lemon Chiffon Cooler

I had a request for lemon smoothies from a cooking friend... I haven't tried this one... it from a cookbook called smoothies

but the milk, sorbet, ice cream, lemon juice, lemon peel, and the sugar in the blender
blend until smooth
pour into 4 glasses
top each with a dollop of whipped cream
serve immediately

Oh yeah - sorbet and ice cream - how can you go wrong with that combo? Sounds very refreshing and a great summertime chiller!
