Lemon Chiffon Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups milk

1 pint lemon sorbet, softened

1 cup French vanilla ice cream, softened

1/3 cup strained lemon juice

2 teasp. finely grated lemon peel

1 TBSP. sugar

whipped cream

Directions

but the milk, sorbet, ice cream, lemon juice, lemon peel, and the sugar in the blender

blend until smooth

pour into 4 glasses

top each with a dollop of whipped cream

serve immediately
