Strawberry Bread

I think you will like the taste on this bread goes reall well at breakfast.. ;-)~~~~~~~~~~
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 t. baking soda shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 1 t. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 4 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups canola or vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 - 10 oz. Packages of frozen strawberries (thawed) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, oil, and thawed strawberries. Mix and pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing. Serve with cream cheese.
- Comment: This recipe is from a good friend with a great sense of humor who lives life in two gears...park or overdrive and has worn out several guardian angels. I think of her every time I make this bread and smile.

I made this today. Really delicious and pretty. It sure would be good with cream cheese as suggested. I wish I had some! Added a picture. Thanks!
