Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups sugar

1 t. baking soda

1 t. salt

1 t. ground cinnamon

4 beaten eggs

1 1/4 cups canola or vegetable oil

2 - 10 oz. Packages of frozen strawberries (thawed)

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, oil, and thawed strawberries. Mix and pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing. Serve with cream cheese.

Comment: This recipe is from a good friend with a great sense of humor who lives life in two gears...park or overdrive and has worn out several guardian angels. I think of her every time I make this bread and smile.
