- 1 POUND ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 1 ENVELOPE taco seasoning shopping list
- 2 TUBES (16.3OZ EACH) LARGE refrigerated biscuits shopping list
- 8 OZ cheddar cheese SLICES OR 2 CUPS (8OZ) SHREDDED cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- IN A SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN.
- ADD THE TACO SEASONING AND PREPARE ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. COOL SLIGHTLY.
- FLATTEN HALF OF THE BISCUITS INTO 4IN. CIRCLES; PLACE IN GREASED 15IN. X 10IN. X 1IN. BAKING PANS.
- SPOON 1/4 CUP MEAT MIXTURE ONTO EACH;
- TOP WITH TWO CHEESE SLICES OR 1/4 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE.
- FLATTEN THE REMAINING BISCUITS; PLACE ON TOP AND PINCH EDGES TO SEAL TIGHTLY.
- BAKE AT 400F FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
