  • 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 ENVELOPE TACO SEASONING
  • 2 TUBES (16.3OZ EACH) LARGE REFRIGERATED BISCUITS
  • 8 OZ CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICES OR 2 CUPS (8OZ) SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Directions
  1. IN A SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN.
  2. ADD THE TACO SEASONING AND PREPARE ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. COOL SLIGHTLY.
  3. FLATTEN HALF OF THE BISCUITS INTO 4IN. CIRCLES; PLACE IN GREASED 15IN. X 10IN. X 1IN. BAKING PANS.
  4. SPOON 1/4 CUP MEAT MIXTURE ONTO EACH;
  5. TOP WITH TWO CHEESE SLICES OR 1/4 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE.
  6. FLATTEN THE REMAINING BISCUITS; PLACE ON TOP AND PINCH EDGES TO SEAL TIGHTLY.
  7. BAKE AT 400F FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
