This is from local retaurant, The Tomato Head, as presented by one of their chefs on a local news program. Fabulous recipe! (Everything they have is good!).

Ingredients
  • 4 Ripe Avocados
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 c. Tomato, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tbl. Cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbl. Onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Jalapeno, chopped

Directions
  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over avocados.
  3. Add tomato, garlic, cilantro, salt, onion and jalapeno.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
