This is from local retaurant, The Tomato Head, as presented by one of their chefs on a local news program. Fabulous recipe! (Everything they have is good!).

Ingredients
- 4 Ripe Avocados
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 c. Tomato, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tbl. Cilantro
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbl. Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. Jalapeno, chopped
Directions
- Cut avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over avocados.
- Add tomato, garlic, cilantro, salt, onion and jalapeno.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
