How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375*
  • Combine all dry ingredients, set aside.
  • Cream butter, shortening, peanut butter and sugars.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, beat to combine.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients, stir to combine.
  • Stir in chips and candied ginger.
  • You can form these in 1" balls and crosshatch with a fork or make as drop cookies.
  • Bake for about 8-10 minutes per batch.
  • Makes about 4 dozen.
