Parmesan Chicken

This recipe was my top seller back in the restaurant bus. If you are worried about the salt - you can reduce it.
Ingredients
- 1 c Fine bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1 c parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
- ½ tsp garlic powder shopping list
- ½ tsp pepper shopping list
- ¼ c Melted margarine/butter shopping list
- 6 pieces Boneless chicken breast shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Spray a deep glass dish with Non-Stick Spray.
- Dip thawed chicken in margarine – coat well with dry ingredients (don’t be shy)
- Layer chicken in dish – one layer only
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes on middle rack uncovered until golden brown.
- DO NOT TURN CHICKEN OVER.
