tomato salad

- 4 -6 cloves of garlic (to taste) shopping list
- 1 super fresh ripe juicy tomato (not to obig or too small) shopping list
- 5 or 6 green olives (to taste) shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 baguette cut in half and toasted shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 350 (i use he toaster oven)
- peel garlic cloves and wrap in aluminum foil
- roast in oven about 15-20 mintues or until soft and brown (make this even faster if you have a local market that sells pre-roasted garlic)
- cut tomato in to about 8 segments depending on size
- top tomatoe with roasted garlic cloves and green olives
- salt and pepper
- drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- serve with a piece of toasted baguette and enjoy!
