Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups crushed chocolate wafers shopping list
- 1 stick melted butter shopping list
- 6-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Creme de Cacao shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix wafer crumbs and melted butter then press into a pie pan saving 2 tablespoons crumbs.
- Chill crust 1 hour.
- Combine marshmallows and milk then heat in a double boiler until marshmallows are melted.
- Cool stirring every five minutes then add creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
- Whip 2 cups whipping cream until soft peaks form then fold into marshmallow mixture.
- Pour into crust and top with reserved chocolate crumbs then freeze until firm.
- Store in refrigerator.
