How to make it

  • Mix wafer crumbs and melted butter then press into a pie pan saving 2 tablespoons crumbs.
  • Chill crust 1 hour.
  • Combine marshmallows and milk then heat in a double boiler until marshmallows are melted.
  • Cool stirring every five minutes then add creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
  • Whip 2 cups whipping cream until soft peaks form then fold into marshmallow mixture.
  • Pour into crust and top with reserved chocolate crumbs then freeze until firm.
  • Store in refrigerator.
