Mexican Cornbread

This is a good dish with a side of chilli.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups yellow corn meal shopping list
- 3 cans 16oz cream corn shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 stick butter (melted) shopping list
- 1 lb cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 16oz cottage cheese shopping list
- 3 3oz cans diced green chile shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350
- mix all ingredients together
- Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until center is tested with toothpick and comes out clean
