This is a good dish with a side of chilli.

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups yellow corn meal
  • 3 cans 16oz cream corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 16oz cottage cheese
  • 3 3oz cans diced green chile
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. mix all ingredients together
  3. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until center is tested with toothpick and comes out clean
