Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
  • Add onions and saute until tender
  • Add vinegar and wine to deglaze
  • Bring mixture to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer until liquid has reduced by half
  • Add liqueur and honey
  • Simmer until the mixture reaches a marmalade consistency.
