Lemon And Mint Tea Syrup Cooler

- 4 C. water shopping list
- 2 C. sugar shopping list
- 2 C. fresh mint leaves shopping list
- 3 lemons, juiced and zest peeled. shopping list
- *This makes a concentrated syrup that can be frozen until you're ready to use it!* shopping list
How to make it
- Make a simple syrup by boiling water and sugar together for five minutes.
- Add mint leaves, lemon juice and zest.
- Cover and let stand for 6-8 hours; strain-reserve all liquid.
- To serve, fill glasses 1/4 with syrup and add water and ice.
- Enjoy!

Oh, I'm going to try this at my next tea party. Kind of a "mint Julip" without the booze...(I've never had one actually but sounds like something you would serve at an afternoon tea.)
