Easy Butter Cake Recipe

Ingredients

125g(around 4 1/2oz) softened butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla(optional)

2 eggs

2 cups self-raising flour (sifted)

1 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven at 180c

Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Fold in flour and milk, but don't over mix.

Transfer to a loaf or cake tin and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Yumm

Thanks! its good with lotsa things! nutella, jam butter, milo...my uncle likes eating it plain though... its not too sweet, just the way he likes it... yum-ness!
