Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt in food processor and mix until combined
  • Add softened butter and cold water and mix for 2-3 minutes
  • In skillet, saute onions, mushrooms and sage in 1 tbls butter until tender
  • Let mixture cool
  • Add mushroom mixture to flour mixture and process until combined
  • Remove dough to a well-floured surface
  • Divide into 8 pieces
  • Roll into an 8-inch round at about 1/8-inch thick
  • Heat skillet to very hot
  • Add 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • Saute each round individually, adding more olive oil as needed, until each side is golden brown
