Onion And Mushroom Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup dry milk

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 tbls.,butter, softened

3/4 cup cold water

6 leaves sage, chopped

1 red onion, chopped

1 tbls butter

1 lb. mushrooms of your choice, chopped

2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Put flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt in food processor and mix until combined

Add softened butter and cold water and mix for 2-3 minutes

In skillet, saute onions, mushrooms and sage in 1 tbls butter until tender

Let mixture cool

Add mushroom mixture to flour mixture and process until combined

Remove dough to a well-floured surface

Divide into 8 pieces

Roll into an 8-inch round at about 1/8-inch thick

Heat skillet to very hot

Add 1/2 tsp olive oil

Saute each round individually, adding more olive oil as needed, until each side is golden brown
