How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • take washed and halved potatoes and boil until fork tender
  • drain water and return potatoes to pan
  • toss potatoes and onions with vegetable oil
  • crush rosemary in finger tips and sprinkle on potatoes
  • season liberally with salt and pepper
  • add to roasting pan and put in oven
  • roast until golden brown and delicious.

    Looks good. Just made homemade blueberry muffins and banana nut bread for a brunch with my (maybe) future daughter-in-law tomorrow. Can't wait to include these. Thanks!
