These are easy and delicious! They can be served as an appetizer or with chili or soup.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Melt butter and add cheese stiring until smooth. Cut uncooked biscuits into quarters and place in pan touching together. Pour cheese mixture over top and bake approximately 10 minutes or until browned.
