You can buy this at Giant Eagle for a fortune....or make it yourself. Wonderful party dish and great with a good wine.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/8 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/8 cup olives, Spanish, drained and chopped finely
- 1/8 cup kalamata olive, drained, pitted, and chopped finely
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients, except mayo. Stir in the mayo when all other ingredients are blended and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve with fresh veggies, baguette slices or crackers.
