Ermas Tuna Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Ermas Tuna Salad Sandwiches Recipe
This was my normal lunch. I really like these, so again here it is for use later. I ate every 2 hours on this diet. I had yogurt in between my meals. I never felt hungury and I lost 100 pounds over one summer.

Ingredients
  • 2 small cans or 1 large can albacore tuna, its better for you
  • 1 small yellow onion, or half of a large one, chopped fine
  • 4 stocks celery, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, mashed (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder)
  • 1/8 cup fat free mayo
  • 1/8 cup salsa, optional
  • -
  • 2 corn torillas, lower in salt then flour ones
  • 2 slices low fat or fat free cheese, I like swiss or provolone
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons of the above salad mixture
  • Fresh lettuse and tomatoe if you like

Directions
  1. Mix all of the top ingredients well.
  2. Let set for a couple of hours to get cool, and for the flavors to mix.
  3. -
  4. Take the 2 corn rounds and place them on a plate.
  5. Take the cheese and half it to make trinage shapes, placing each triangle on one half of the
  6. rounds.
  7. Microwave this of around 20 to 30 secods, just enough to melt the cheese a little and make the
  8. corn shell soft so it will not break very often.
  9. Put the tuna salad, lewttuse and toms on one side of each round.
  10. Fold in half.
  11. Serve and Enjoy!!!
