Shrimp with Bean-Tomato Ragu

- 5 ounces uncooked whole wheat angel-hair pasta shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. lemon pepper shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 ( 15-ounce) can white beans shopping list
- 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Pasta following package directions. Drain and toss with 1 Tbsp. of the olive oil.Keep warm.
- While pasta is cooking, season shrimp with 1/2 tsp. of the lemon pepper. Heat remaining Tbsp. oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic, cook 4 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Remove and keep warm.
- Drain and rinse the beans and add to the skillet along with tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper and the remaining 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper. Cook 5 minutes, over medium heat.
- Serve the Ragu over the Pasta and Shrimp.
