How to make it

  • In food processor,combine parsley,shallot,garlic,vinegar,olive oil,1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.Pulse until combined;set aside
  • Heat gas grill to med-high or prepare charcoal grill with med-hot coals. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper over steak. Grill about 8 mins. a side.
  • Remove steak from grill and place in glass baking dish;spread the sauce over the top and cover dishwith foil;allow to sit 5 mins. Remove steak from dish and slice. Serve with sauce remaining in the baking dis and rice,if desired.

    I love Chimichurri sauce. I have had it on grilled Flank Steak but I bet it it great on a Top Sirloin also.... thanks...... Jim

    I love beef top sirloin and this recipe sounds wonderful! I don't think that I have ever trid the Chimichurri Sauce.
