This is awesome. I got this from a friend. It's easy and very tasty. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 3 pound beef roast trimmed
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing
  • 1 package dry Italian dressing
  • Water
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice

Directions
  1. Brown roast on all sides.
  2. Dissolve dressing mixes in one copy warm water.
  3. Place roast in croc pot then pour water and dressings over the roast.
  4. Add enough water to almost cover roast.
  5. Cook on high for 1 hour then reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours more.
  6. Serve over rice.
