Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients, except the pimentos, in a bowl.
  • Once spreadable, add in the pimentos and combine.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator.
  • Yields four cups.

    I became addicted to this when we were first down south 3 years ago. One of the first stops I make when we go down now is for pimiento cheese! This sounds like a VERY good one!
