How to make it

  • Boil the rice in the usual way
  • When 3/4 quarters done add the mint ,melted butterand the lemon juice.
  • If you are using mint sauce from a bottle add 1 tsp sugar with it and the butter to counteract the vinegar in the mint sauce.
  • Serve it with lamb cutlets ,chicken roasted or shrimp dishes.
