Summer Pepper Slaw

Great twist for a side of slaw....The pepper lover in your life will thank you for this one
Ingredients
- 2 red peppers shopping list
- 2 green bell peppers shopping list
- 2 poblano peppers shopping list
- 2 jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 red onion shopping list
- 2 ounces rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 ounces orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Your favorite hot sauce to taste ( I use Franks) shopping list

How to make it
- Seed and julienne all peppers and onion
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce
