Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus on the grill

- 24 stalks asparagus shopping list
- 8 slices of prosciutto (can use very thinly sliced ham too) shopping list
- tooth picks shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- cracked pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut off the hard ends of asparagus and blanch spears in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until it turns bright green. Remove from boiling water and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
- Wrap a piece of prosciutto around 2-3 stalks of asparagus and Secure with tooth pick.
- Spray the bundles lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with cracked pepper.
- Get grill to 400*. Cook direct for about 10 minutes until prosciutto is crisp, flipping once to brown both sides.
- (I use a vegetable grate to cook in)
