How to make it

  • Cut off the hard ends of asparagus and blanch spears in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until it turns bright green. Remove from boiling water and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
  • Wrap a piece of prosciutto around 2-3 stalks of asparagus and Secure with tooth pick.
  • Spray the bundles lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with cracked pepper.
  • Get grill to 400*. Cook direct for about 10 minutes until prosciutto is crisp, flipping once to brown both sides.
  • (I use a vegetable grate to cook in)
