Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. Grated orange rind
  • 3 cups prepared buiscuit mix{Jiffy or Bisquick} could be used
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts{your choice}
  • 1 cup chopped Cranberries

Directions
  1. Combined first 5 ingredients in a bowl;Beat well.
  2. Stir in nuts and cranberries
  3. Pour in to greased loaf pan{reg. size]
  4. Bake 1 hour till done cool and slice

Oh yeah! This is so good! The orange juice gives such a great flavor. We love nuts. For this bread I use walnuts. Then we put a glaze of a little orange juice with powdered sugar. Dee-licious!
