Ingredients

1 lb hot chorizo

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper(green or red), chopped

1- 14oz can chopped tomatoes

8 oz elbow macaroni or farafalle

1 cup sour cream

1 1/4 cups milk

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

ina large skillet brown chorizo, onion and pepper

add tomatoes, UNCOOKED pasta, sour cream, sugar, salt and chile powder

cover and simmer for 25-30 min or till pasta is tender

consistency will be a little saucy
