How to make it

  • Stir-fry chicken, carrots, pepper and onion just til done, but chicken is still tender and veggies are crisp-tender. In a small bowl, combine flour & brown sugar; stir in juice and chili sauce (and pepper sauce, if desired) til smooth. Add to skillet. Cook and stir til thickened. I like to serve with fried rice and Asian slaw.
