How to make it

  • Trim and core cauliflower, leaving it whole. In a large pan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add whole cauliflower. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Meanwhile, in a small pan, combine mayonnaise, green onions and mustard.
  • Cook over low heat until warm. Place cauliflower on a plate or shallow dish. Pour mayonnaise sauce over cooked cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese.
