Ingredients
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • For sauce
  • 1/2 cup bottle chilli sauce
  • 1cup grape jelly

Directions
  1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, worcestershire sauce, and pepper mix well
  2. Shape into 1 inch meatballs
  3. Cook in hot oil over medium heat for 10-15 min or until browned
  4. Drain on a paper towel
  5. In a sauce pan combine chili sauce and jelly stir well
  6. Add meatballs simmer 30min
