Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh baby spincah
  • 4 cups fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh snipped mint
  • 8 oz of ranch style dressing, bottled or home made
  • Or use your favorite spinach salad dressing.
  • I like something piquant or a sweet tart vinagrette

Directions
  1. Combine everything in serving bowl.
  2. Before serving toss with the dressing
