Spicy Roasted Red Peppers Bacon Dip

- 4 cups roasted red peppers shopping list
- 3 cups bacon – Cooked finely chopped shopping list
- chili paste – to taste shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2 – 11 oz logs of goat cheese – softened shopping list
- 1 quart sour cream shopping list
- salt & Pepper – to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Puree peppers in olive oil; add bacon, chili paste, salt & pepper. Blend pepper mixture into sour cream & goat cheese; Season to taste with salt & pepper. Chill well before serving.
