How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Grease & flour 10 inch tube pan. Line with wax paper
  • Cream butter, peanut butter & sugar
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  • Add flour. baking powder, salt, alternately with milk, ending with flour
  • Add vanilla and mix in well.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan
  • Drop batter filled pan on counter to release air bubbles.
  • Place pan in center of the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until cake tests done
  • Great plain - or make your favorite frosting.
  • Drizzle chocolate glaze if desired or whatever you want to do
