Best Ever Spanish Natillas

- 4 cups of milk shopping list
- 10 to 12 egg yolks shopping list
- 5 tablespoons of sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla shopping list
- 1 can evaporated milk (about 1 1/3cups) shopping list
How to make it
- 1Pour milk in saucepan on medium heat and turn it off just before starts to boil.
- 2In one bowl mix the egg yolks with the evaporated milk, vanilla and sugar.
- 3When the milk has lowered the temperature to warm, incorporate egg yolk mix to the warm milk an pour it in a round pyrex.
- 4Cover it with transparent film and put it in the microwave for 3 min. medium power.
- 5Using a whisk, whisk for 15 seconds.
- 6Cover it again.
- 7Microwave 3 min.
- 8whisk for 15 seconds.
- 9Cover it again.
- 10Microwave 3 minutes
- Repeat steps 7,8,9 until you get the consistency of the Natillas( yogurt consistency)
- Then wait till cool and refrigerate.

- Serve it with fresh fruit, with a piece of pound cake, with some cookies, etc.
- INCREDIBLE!!!
