How to make it

  • 1Pour milk in saucepan on medium heat and turn it off just before starts to boil.
  • 2In one bowl mix the egg yolks with the evaporated milk, vanilla and sugar.
  • 3When the milk has lowered the temperature to warm, incorporate egg yolk mix to the warm milk an pour it in a round pyrex.
  • 4Cover it with transparent film and put it in the microwave for 3 min. medium power.
  • 5Using a whisk, whisk for 15 seconds.
  • 6Cover it again.
  • 7Microwave 3 min.
  • 8whisk for 15 seconds.
  • 9Cover it again.
  • 10Microwave 3 minutes
  • Repeat steps 7,8,9 until you get the consistency of the Natillas( yogurt consistency)
  • Then wait till cool and refrigerate.

  • Serve it with fresh fruit, with a piece of pound cake, with some cookies, etc.
  • INCREDIBLE!!!
