I love the texture that the addition of tofu gives to this this salad dressing.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound tofu
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1/2 teaspoon fresh
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • dash of freshly ground black pepper.

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.
