Ingredients

1 pound butter (or half butter and half margarine)

1 cup sugar

1 tea vanilla extract

3 1/2 cups of flour

2 cups crushed potato chips (1 twin bag)

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and stir in flour. Add potato chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. May put fairly close together as they do not spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.

I had some of these when I ate at a seafood place in Dania Florida, right next door to Outdoor World. The cook came out to ask me in person how her cookies tasted. I was genuinely shocked to find they were made with potato chips. Yummy yummy yummy I got love in my tummy ....
