Potato Chip Cookies

Delicious and interesting, Surprisingly tastes like shortbread cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 pound butter (or half butter and half margarine) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tea vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups of flour shopping list
- 2 cups crushed potato chips (1 twin bag) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and stir in flour. Add potato chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. May put fairly close together as they do not spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.
