Mexican version of chili. A family favorite, and were Italian.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 16oz can light red kidney beans
  • 1 16 oz can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 16oz can great northern beans
  • 1 16 oz can pinto beans
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 16 oz cans gold and white corn
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • (only drain ground beef, liquids from beans and corn make soup)

Directions
  1. Fry ground beef until browned; Drain.
  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot set on high
  3. Allow to cook 4-6 hours on med-high
