Ingredients
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/2 C orange juice
  • 2 Tbl balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbl canola oil
  • 2 medium green onion, finely chopped(2 Tbl)
  • 1 Tbl fresh or 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a resealable freezer bag
  2. Add 2 lbs of beef, chicken or pork; seal and turn to coat with marinade
  3. Refrigerate, turning ocassionally for at least 6 hours but not longer than 24
  4. Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade
  5. Grill meat as desired, brushing with marinade
  6. Heat remaining marinade to boiling; stir 1 minute
  7. Serve with grilled meat
  8. Tip: pre-cook bone in chicken in microwave, cool and then marinade
