How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in a resealable freezer bag
  • Add 2 lbs of beef, chicken or pork; seal and turn to coat with marinade
  • Refrigerate, turning ocassionally for at least 6 hours but not longer than 24
  • Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade
  • Grill meat as desired, brushing with marinade
  • Heat remaining marinade to boiling; stir 1 minute
  • Serve with grilled meat
  • Tip: pre-cook bone in chicken in microwave, cool and then marinade
