Ingredients
  • (1) 12 oz can white albacore tuna fish
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard
  • Garlic Pepper
  • Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil non stick spray

Directions
  1. Mix tuna, egg white and cracker crumbs together. Add two tablespoons mustard to tuna mixture. Add garlic pepper more or less depending upon your taste. Form tuna into large patties. Spray fry pan with olive oil and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown on outside. These patties would be delicious on the bbq grill as well. Salt to taste. (I dont salt them but you may want to.)

This sounds great. Thank you.

Finally! Something different to do with tuna! And I just bought a brand new jar of stone ground mustard the other day, so yay! Looks terrific and can't wait to try it.
