  • 1 Tbl packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Spread rub evenly on 1 pound total of fis, chicken or pork
  3. Cover an refrigerate 15 minutes
  4. Makes about 2 Tbl of rub
  5. Meat can be grilled immediately after applying rub, but refrigerate to develop flavor
