Basil And Lemon Pepper Rub Recipe

Each four ounce portion of chicken, pork or fish will require approximately 2 tsps. of this rub mixture. Cook time depends on what you're grilling.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbl packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Spread rub evenly on 1 pound total of fis, chicken or pork
- Cover an refrigerate 15 minutes
- Makes about 2 Tbl of rub
- Meat can be grilled immediately after applying rub, but refrigerate to develop flavor

What a nice combination of flavors! I have all the stuff with exception to the dried basil. Otherwise it will be a nice twist on the lemon pepper and seasoned salt that I have.
I am going to add this to my group: BBQ's, Grilling, Rubs & Marinades.
Also, Easy But Darn Good is another one it will appear on.
