My favorite way to cook sirloin tip roast. Recipe servings vary due
to size of roast. This is so very easy. Next day, great cold, or sliced, and sizzled in butter and Worcestershire Sauce. Delish!!

Mahvelous dahling. I usually throw it in the crockpot (cause I'm lazy), but I know your're recipes rock, so I'll do it your way.

I don't have a cast iron skillet, so I did it in a crock pot. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks for this recipe, Rosemary! I have two sirloin tip roasts in my fridge. I had no idea what I was going to do with them until I saw your recipe this morning. Your recipe sounds just right and I'm going to make my roasts your way to night for my family. Thanks again for the recipe!
