How to make it

  • In a large bowl or resealable bag(s) sombine all ingredients except chicken, mix well
  • Add chicken, turn to coat and seal bag or cover bowl; refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours
  • Heat grill to medium, remove chicken from bag or bowl and reserve marinade
  • Place chicken skin side downand cook 10 minutes
  • Brush chicken with marinade; turn chicken and cook an additiional 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing frequently with marinade
  • Discard marinade

    what's not to like? charcoal, chicken, rosemary and lemon? it doesn't get better than this does it? guests coming over for dinner on saturday will enjoy this one. i was wondering what to make.. the lady guest requested "grilled chicken something" i think this will fill the bill. 5's to you!
